GDCP MEETING – ELECTIONS 2024

1. Invitation.   GDCP elections are being planned to be held in Lahore. Details of the meeting are mentioned below: -
   1.1   Date - 17th March 2024
   1.2   Venue   -   Bahria Grand Hotel, Bahria Town, Lahore.
   1.3   Time   -   03:00 pm onwards

2. Agenda. Election of the President of the Club as per constitution followed by selection of the managing committee by the elected President.

3. Nomination Form. Last date to submit nomination form with the secreatry GDCP is 5th March 2024. To download nomination form please CLICK HERE.

4. Election Commissioner. Mr. Jamshaid Rehmat Ullah, Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan, former judge of Lahore High Court and Former Minister of the Punjab will act as the Election Commissioner to supervise elections of GDCP.

5. Program of Work. Will be issued before the meeting / elections. All members are requested to read GDCP constitution already available on GDCP website. (Reference Section 4 of the constitution; Election & Management URL https://www.gundogclub.pk/rules/gdcp-constitution)

6. Attendance. President GDCP will preside over this meeting. All GDCP members are requested to make it convenient to attend.

7. RSVP. If some member is unable to join, he must notify the secretary in advance with reasons for absence.
