Through Executive Order No. 2/25, dated 24th August 2025, I hereby appoint Mr. Nasir Ishaq Malik as the National Breed Warden of the Kennel Club of Pakistan (KCP). He will supervise and help breeders in Litter Inspection and in getting their dogs microchipped properly in time without hassle. He will also ensure that proper Stud Certificates are issued as per KCP policy. This will be his duty to ensure that all registrations are updated on KCP Central Data as soon as possible. He is authorized to appoint Regional Breed Wardens as per requirement.
