Program of Work for Special General Meeting of KCP

Dear Honorable Members of KCP!

The Special General Meeting of The Kennel Club of Pakistan, as already informed through notice on KCP Portal, will be held in Bahria Grand Hotel, Bahria Town Lahore on 5th December 2022 at 3:00 PM. The program of work for the meeting will be as mentioned below:-

Members will arrive and will sign the attendance register: 2:30 PM
Secretary will then count members and will report to President about quorum: 3:00 PM
If Meeting is in quorum, President will then call the meeting to order: 3:30 PM
President will give openning remarks: 3:45 PM
President will then announce dismissal of the Current Managing Committee of the Kennel Club of Pakistan. Members of the Managing Committee will then leave their chairs and the President will handover the meeting to the Election Commissioner: 4:00 PM
Election Commissioner will carry out the election procedure and will announce the elected members of the Managing Committee for next term: 4:05 PM
The new Managing Committee will hold its first meeting and will elect President, Vice President and the Secretary of the Kennel Club of Pakistan: 4:35 PM
Tea will be served for all members: 5:00 PM

All Members of The Kennel Club of Pakistan are expected to attend this meeting and be punctual.
