1. Roll Call by the Secretary.

2. Call the Meeting to Order by the President.

3. Approval of the Agenda.

5. Matters arising out of Minutes.

6. Talking Points of the President.

7. Review of the last Show Season and suggestions for the next Show Season.

8. Ratification of the affiliation of the Azad Kashmir Kennel Club.

9. Ratification of points approved by circulation.

10. Proposal to reaffirm the Power of President to pass an Executive Order in urgent need.

11. Discussion on the letter of Mr. Farid Qureshi President Pakistan Rottweiler Club of Pakistan.

12. Any other Point.

13. Closing of Meeting by the President.
